Created by Mohamed Barghou, this platform helps you rewrite email bodies and subject lines, process headers, extract text from EML files, convert HTML to images, compare IP lists, and analyze email deliverability.
The platform focuses on testing, analyzing, and optimizing your email content and infrastructure. It does not send bulk email itself and is intended to help you improve compliance and deliverability across your own systems and providers.

Mailer Toolkit only uses the content, files, and IP lists you provide to run the selected tools and return results to you. Uploaded data and processing output are not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
- Data you upload (emails, EML files, headers, images, IPs) is processed only to generate tool outputs.
- We do not use your content or Google data to build advertising profiles or for unrelated purposes.
- Processing data is retained only as long as necessary to provide results, then discarded.
Google & Gmail Data Usage
Gmail Read-Only Access: Mailer Toolkit requests read-only access to your Gmail account (gmail.readonly scope) solely for the Gmail Deliverability Viewer feature.
This feature allows you to search and analyze email metadata (subject lines, sender information, labels, and headers) to understand where your emails land in Gmail inboxes—whether in Primary, Promotions, Spam, or Social tabs. This helps you optimize your email deliverability and compliance.
We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
- Google data is NOT used to serve ads or sold to third parties.
- Google data is NOT used to train generalized AI models.
- Google data is NOT used for advertising purposes or building user profiles.
- We only access the minimum Gmail data needed to perform actions you explicitly request.
- You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or within our app.
